Joa Rivas is an elite international Personal Trainer working in the heart of Toronto. Joa works as a Fitness Instructor as well, teaching cardio conditioning, core strength training, Yoga, Pilates and Tai chi. Joa is also a Thai Massage therapist, Nutrition and Wellness certified and possesses a unique and effective program for posture support and correction, especially for people that suffer from scoliosis and chronic backaches. She also works close to women as a birth and postpartum Doula. She represents Banda Azul a non-profit organization that supports 1500 kids in Venezuela.
